PNEUROP CONNECTIONS
Being vacuum experts for more than twenty years, VUOTO SERVICE has also in its range of products, tools and accessories the PNEUROP connections.
The range of KF, ISO-K, CF components, flanges and connections are of a very high quality and they are in AISI stainless steel and aluminium. The KF flanges use an aluminium clamp with a single tightening that allows easy and frequent dismantlings and assemblies without using particular tools. The uniform pressure of the clamp on the surface of the flange guarantees the endurance. The surface of the coupling flange compresses an O-ring that stays in place thanks to a metal ring that creates an endurance that can be used in all the vacuum applications up to 10-7 mbar and up to a temperature of 200°C.
Materials like the aluminium can be used when the operating temperatures are very high or when a high electrical insulation is required, but also when corrosive substances are used.
All the components are shot peened both internally and externally, if there are no different specifications about. The sealing surface is always mechanically cleaned and shaved. Moreover, before being placed on the market, all the components are submitted to specific sealing trials.
